All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Checkout is processed securely through Shopify.

3. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom orders and final sale items are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

4. Intellectual property

All content, imagery, and trademarks on this site are owned by Arthur's Furniture Store and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

Arthur's Furniture Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products purchased.
