Processing time

In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require 4–8 weeks of crafting time before shipping.

Delivery options

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days for smaller items.
• Freight delivery: 2–4 weeks curbside delivery for large furniture.
• White glove delivery: in-home placement, unpacking, and debris removal.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Complimentary white glove delivery is available on qualifying orders above USD 5,000 within the continental United States.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Freight and white glove deliveries are scheduled directly with you by our logistics partner.
